About LetsEvaluate.in
"LetsEvaluate.in" is the world's first online evaluation
platform to help you evaluate a new job offer (or current job), or
sleep quality, or any other aspects of your life. It is simple,
free, privacy-driven and requires NO sign-up. Our mission is to help
you make confident decisions based on data (NOT emotions); and that
too without getting paralysed! Hence, the tagline:
"Decision-making simplified".
When I say "AI enabled", I mean to say that AI is just an
enabler and NOT the primary brain of this platform. I believe that
humans have more complex cognitive abilities than an AI. Even though I
prefer 80% of the tasks (mundane) from AI, I believe that 20% most
critical tasks to be best executed by human minds.
I have moved back and forth, have thought relentlessly for long hours,
to devise a model for job evaluation which would have a remarkable
ability to analyse a job precisely and give a number (score) to it.
This precision has made me to name it as "Dronacharya". It is
said that Dronacharya was the teacher of the supreme archer named
Arjun. Dronacharya taught Arjun the precision of a shot and its my
humble "attempt" to replicate this precision while crafting
this model, hence the name Dronacharya.
This platform is not just limited to job evaluations. There are other
models
such as "Shantideva" which evaluate your sleep quality. Many
other models are on their way too.

Background Story
This idea came to my mind during the days when my wife, Shreya, was
searching for a job. She had given at least 20-25 interviews in the
span of 4 months and yet there was not a single job offer to her.
However, in the fifth month, suddenly there different companies
offered her a position. I expected this would make her happy but she
was NOT. She was more stressed than earlier with the thought of which
job offer was the best for her. She was almost paralysed to choose a
job offer as all the offers appeared to be lucrative for her.
Helplessly, she turned towards me.
With NO other thought in my mind, I gave her a notepad and told her to
write all the important factors which are necessary to evaluate a job.
After listing the same, I told her to rate those factors in a scale of
1 to 10 for a job offer. I told her to be honest and objectively think
about those parameters without getting carried away by her gut
feelings or biases. After all the ratings were complete for the job, I
averaged the sum of the same and gave her a number. I then told her to
repeat this for the other two jobs.
The result was a range of three numbers with a highest and a lowest
number. She went away with the highest number and I went away with a
rough idea to develop a platform that will help many others who face
exactly this type of a dilemma, but they just go away with a gut
feeling. And I do NOT think that they do NOT regret their gut feeling
in their near future, because, I always did.
